As a proud home owner I have spent many hours searching shops and the internet for items that I wanted to complete "the look" in our various homes, items that reflect both the current trend and classic elegant and above all items that look fab and get that "thats great, where did that come from'' type questions from our friends.  What I have managed to do is source; what I think is a collection of products to be proud of and be able to share them with you, items that I hope you too will be proud to have in your home or to give as gifts to your friends and loved ones.

What happens once I have placed my order?

You will receive an email receipt immediately to confirm and acknowledge that we have your payment.  Within this receipt is an order number and reference for tracking purposes.  We aim to then contact each of our clients within 48 hours, to confirm receipt and advise you that your order is being processed. 


Delivery is charged at a standard £4.95 for all standard size items and various other charges apply to more heavy and delicate items. For items that are in stock we offer a fast delivery service.  Due to their popularity some furniture items may need to be ordered via our wholesaler and can carry a 2-3 week turn around.  Our handmade artwork carries up to a 2 week leadtime but faster deliveries can be secured if you make us aware of deadline dates etc  We will of course update you straight away if your order will be delayed and should you not wish to wait we will offer a full refund.  Once your item has been dispatched we will send an email to update you of this.

What is your returns policy?

You are well within your rights to return any goods to us within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.  Return postage will have to be covered by yourself.  Goods need to be returned back to us in original packaging and without fault. We cannot refund items that are damaged in transit back to us.  All bespoke art orders are non refundable.  At Mansion Interiors we recognise that our customers want a ‘personal service' and that's why our clients continue to buy from us again and again. With this in mind, please ask your questions beforehand and hopefully you should never have to return anything!
